We can price a job from mechanical drawings
only. We do, however, prefer a full set.
Please advise us if computer backgrounds are available.

For Production: (Pertains to sheet
metal contracts. Piping contracts similiar).
Send all remaining contract drawings (if
any).
Please provide all drawings for production. Sending us only
selected drawings hampers our ability to do the job accurately
and efficiently.
Photo-copies of contract drawings allowed
but must be trimmed to it's normal size.

Computer Disks:
Please arrange for computerized backgrounds (if available). Having
these disks will assist us in time constraints and may effect cost
if not made available.
They can be e-mailed directly from the architect at drafting@shopdrawings.com.

Submittals: Please send
approved submittal data for all related equipment (per work scope).
It is not necessaryy for us to recieve submittals to get started but
the rule is, "the sooner, the better."

Specifications: It
is not necessary to provide the entire spec. We are only interested
in the General Mechanical section along with sections appropriate to
the work scope.

Printing: Please provide
the name, contact name, phonenumber and e-mail address of a blueprint
company most comnvient to you. We have the technology to send the completed
drawing(s) via internet so that they can be printed near you. (We can
also email these directly to you if you have printing capibility). Shop
Drawings price does not include printing cost.
We will fax you a short questionnaire regarding your
manufacturing preferences.
